By creating an account on Linkiffy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Linkiffy. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

• Enter your desired username first — availability checked in real time
• If your username is taken, try a variation such as name + surname
• Choose your login method: WhatsApp number or email address
• OTP will be sent to your chosen method for verification
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Your username must not impersonate another person or brand
• One account per WhatsApp number or email address

You can:

• Create a public profile with your links
• Customize your profile with available themes
• Share your Linkiffy URL anywhere
• Upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime
• Delete your account anytime

You cannot:

• Use Linkiffy for illegal activities
• Add links to harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Impersonate another creator or public figure
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform
• Use automated bots to generate fake clicks on any profile
• Sell or transfer your account to another person

You own all content you post on Linkiffy. By posting, you give Linkiffy a non-exclusive license to display this content on your public profile page.

Basic plan is free forever. No credit card required.

Advanced plan:

• Rs 99 per month for users in India
• $1.99 per month for users outside India
• Billed monthly
• Cancel anytime from Settings → Plan
• Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
• Advanced features remain active until end of billing period

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Post harmful or illegal content
• Abuse or attempt to manipulate the platform

Linkiffy is provided as is. We are not liable for loss of data, downtime, service interruptions, or any indirect damages.

Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
