  • WhatsApp number OR email address (your choice at signup)
  • OTP verification sent to your chosen contact method
  • Name, bio, profile photo (added after account creation)

Content you create:

  • Links you add to your profile
  • Theme and design preferences

Visitor analytics (collected when someone visits your public profile):

  • Country and city (via ipapi.co — anonymous IP lookup)
  • Device type (mobile or desktop)
  • Browser type (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Other)
  • Referrer source (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Direct, Other)
  • Click timestamp

Automatically collected:

  • IP address (for geolocation only, not stored permanently)
  • Browser and device type

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account
  • To deliver OTP via WhatsApp or email for login
  • To display your public profile page at linkiffy.com/username
  • To show you click analytics on your dashboard
  • To process subscription payments
  • To improve and maintain the platform

4. Who We Share Data With

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
  • Meta WhatsApp Cloud API — OTP delivery
  • ipapi.co — anonymous visitor geolocation for analytics
  • Razorpay — Indian payment processing
  • Paddle — global payment processing (coming soon)

We do not sell your data to anyone. Ever.

5. Data Storage

All data is stored securely on Supabase servers. Your analytics data is accessible only to you from your dashboard.

6. Your Rights

You can:

  • Access your data anytime from your dashboard
  • Update your profile information at any time
  • Delete your account and all associated data permanently
  • Request a copy of your data by emailing privacy@linkiffy.com

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only for session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

Linkiffy is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
