Q: Is Linkiffy free?
A: Yes. The Basic plan is free forever. You get 3 links, 3 premium designs, and basic click analytics. No credit card required.
Account
Q: How do I sign up?
A: Follow these steps:
- Enter your desired username
- Linkiffy checks availability in real time
- If taken, try your name plus surname or any variation
- Once available, claim your username
- Choose your login method — WhatsApp or Email
- Enter your WhatsApp number or email address
- Receive OTP on WhatsApp or email
- Verify OTP — your profile is live at linkiffy.com/yourusername
Q: Can I use email instead of WhatsApp?
A: Yes. During signup choose WhatsApp OTP or Email OTP — whichever you prefer.
Q: Can I change my username?
A: Yes, from your dashboard under Profile settings.
Q: Can I change my login method after signup?
A: Contact support@linkiffy.com to make changes to your login method.
Q: How do I delete my account?
A: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Q: Is my WhatsApp number or email safe?
A: Yes. Your contact information is stored securely and never sold or shared except for OTP delivery.
Plans and Billing
Q: What is the difference between Basic and Advanced?
A: Basic is free — 3 links, 3 premium designs, total click counts. Advanced gives you 10 links, 11 premium designs, all 6 cultural themes, full analytics with country and device breakdown, removes Linkiffy branding, and priority support — Rs 99 per month in India or $1.99 per month globally.
Q: How do I upgrade to Advanced?
A: Dashboard → Settings → Plan → Upgrade to Advanced. Pay via Razorpay (India) or Paddle (global).
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes. Settings → Plan → Cancel Subscription. Advanced features stay active until end of current billing period.
Q: Do you offer a yearly plan?
A: Coming soon. Yearly plan will offer 2 months free.
Q: What happens to my profile if I cancel Advanced?
A: Your profile stays live on the Basic plan — links limited to 3, themes reset to Basic, analytics shows basic data only.
Themes and Design
Q: Are all themes free?
A: 3 premium designs are available on the free Basic plan. All 6 cultural themes and all 11 premium designs require the Advanced plan.
Q: What is the Kolkata Yellow Taxi theme?
A: A premium illustrated background theme featuring iconic Kolkata landmarks. Exclusive to the Advanced plan.
Analytics
Q: What does Linkiffy track?
A: When someone visits your profile and clicks a link, Linkiffy records country, city, device type, browser, referrer source, and time. Visible only to you.
Q: What analytics does Basic show?
A: Total click count per link only.
Q: What analytics does Advanced show?
A: Clicks over time chart (7 day and 30 day), top performing link, country and city breakdown, device split, browser breakdown, best time of day, and referrer source.
Q: Can visitors see my analytics?
A: No. Analytics are private — visible only to you.
Technical
Q: What types of links can I add?
A: Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, and Custom links.
Q: Can I add a custom domain?
A: Custom domain support is coming soon on the Advanced plan.
Q: Is Linkiffy mobile friendly?
A: Yes. All profile pages are fully optimized for mobile.
Q: What is my profile URL?
A: Your profile is live at linkiffy.com/yourusername immediately after signup.
